For those with chronic health issues, a lack of effective and consistent oral care routines can lead to prolonged, expensive procedures that strain both patients and the healthcare system. By impacting effective and consistent oral care routines, Philips believed that we could reduce costs for people and the overall healthcare system.
The Philips Dental+ program brought together the powerful Philips Sonicare toothbrush with a mobile app and printed materials focused on encouragement and lasting behavior change, delivered via the customer's health insurer.
